The task was simple: meet them at the gate and escort them to the arrivals hall on the 1st floor. The service was FULLY prepaid.What happened next was a total nightmare. The staff member met the passenger, but instead of taking them to the exit, he led a vulnerable, elderly person to the second floor (departures area) and attempted to check them into a completely different flight! On top of that, he started demanding CASH from the terrified passenger, knowing perfectly well that everything had already been paid for.Instead of getting help, an elderly person experienced severe stress, panic, and disorientation. This is pure extortion and absolute incompetence by Aerocip staff. Never trust this company with your loved ones! I urgent request the IGA airport administration to investigate this contractor. Moreover, he began to demand MONEY from the frightened old man, knowing that everything had already been paid for.Instead of help, the old man was under extreme stress, panic and disorientation at the huge airport. This is pure extortion and absolute unsuitability of Aerocip employees. Never trust this office of your loved ones! I request that the IGA Airport Authority pay attention to the actions of this contractor.

Good and accepted service. Driver is good and knows his way. Nothing more to ve said. It is an airport ride after all.

Pick and drop off was well managed. Would have loved to turn off the lights inside to better see the city at night. We will be using this service again.
