Excellent professional!! Super attentive and detailed, with a lot of knowledge in his work and dedication. Very quiet and unique flavors!!!

We got a super fun crash course in tortilla making. We were welcomed with a drink and a short introduction. Then we were allowed to taste some toppings (some spicy some not). Then we started making the dough ourselves from the tortillas we shaped and baked ourselves. Eventually we were allowed to fill them with the toppings that were ready, to test the taste. A fun, successful course.

This cooking class was an absolute delight! The instructor Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through each step with clear instructions and helpful tips. We made delicious tortilla's from scratch. The hands-on approach was perfect for learning, and I felt like I really gained a solid understanding of the cooking process. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone looking to have a fun and educational experience.

Absolutely wonderful. Alex was extremely accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable in his craft of making delicious tortillas!! Couldn’t wait to get back home to show off to my friends my new tortilla making skills. Excited to try Alex’s other Mexican recipes!

We arrive for out experience and our reservations were never sent to Alex . He didn’t skip a beat! He asked if he could have 20 mins to set up. My friend and I cooled our feet off in his pool ! Alex is an excellent host ! The food he prepared was delish ! The ambiance was delightful! He made us cocktails as well , also a coffee liqueur that tasted just like an espresso martini ! I highly recommend this tour !

Alex was an excellent teacher and very knowledgeable. We had an amazing time with him. Class was small which allowed us more time to learn, eat and enjoy our time together. Highly recommend

This was one of my favorite things to do in Cancun! I liked the set up and it was just fun to make tortillas from scratch. The food was amazing

We are a party of 4 and Alex was so welcoming and friendly. He explained the process really well and was there to help us when needed. The place was also pretty and clean. It was 4 tortillas per person and it was more than enough. A really fun experience and we were all really glad to have taken this class!!

So worth it!!! Great information and experience. Our tour guide was excellent Definitely recommend ..10/10 The atmosphere and vibe is amazing and refreshing.
