A fantastic tour that is instrumental in understanding the history of the troubles and the movement for peace in Ireland
The first can was beat up and then broke down with engine failure. We had to wait for a jump start, but that did not work. We then were allowed to go with another taxi for tour. However, the tour was very short. We were told by other groups that the cost should have been around $50 per person. We were way over charged at $204 us dollars for 2 people. We would not recommend. The driver said he would reimburse total price, then it changed to a heavy discount. However, we then were offered airport transfer for free. Our tour last for 10 more days and are not flying out of Belfast. We would like a refund. Thanks!

Brendan was very informative throughout the tour. He did a great job of trying to outline commonalities on both sides of the wall. This is the second black taxi tour that I have taken, and I continue to learn more and more. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting Belfast.
Brandon was great and very knowledgeable. Gave an eyeopening view from both poont of views. Would highly recommend.

It was difficult to hear the driver’s information as there was a lot of noise in the traffic (and the taxi is not isolated). Belfast has a wild history but also a present situation in which we were put into. We saw murals and memorials for fallen IRÁ fighters.

When I knew my cruise was stopping in Belfast, I knew a tour of The Troubles and Murals was what I wanted to know more about and see. I had a wonderful private tour with my driver, John, who was knowledgeable, very honest, and gave me both perspectives of the battle. Here it is hours later and there is so much I am still processing. I would definitely do this tour again because there is so much to learn still.

Guide was knowledgeable but vehicle was not clean or what it was advertised
Hello Thank you for your review, we are sorry you had a bad experience. We will address this with guide.Unfortunately we are unable to use black taxis as we experiencing a heat wave. Our black taxis have no air conditioning. This is a health & safety concern. Thank you for your understanding.
