青の洞窟＆グラマベイ終日ガイド付きボートツアー

Excursion booked 3 weeks prior, paid in full, the evening before, a few hours from the departure of this excursion, we are contacted saying that the sea was rough. The entire excursion was not done. But only halfway. I still have to be reimbursed 70 euros after 4 days. Will I ever see them again?! I don't think I will book with tripadvisor again

Booked a boat trip with Olympia Tours because of the good reviews. Very disappointing!! Once we arrived, we had to get on a rubber boat with far too many people. There wasn’t enough room for everyone to sit, and some people had to stand half the time. You start the tour feeling anything but relaxed. The tour lasts a full day, yet you get exactly one drink and one Albanian sandwich. That’s all you’re expected to get through the entire day with. The places you visit are packed with other tourists, to the point where you can barely move. The staff at Olympia Tours are arrogant and seem more interested in having fun among themselves than in the people on the boat. They don’t seem to care about how the guests are experiencing the tour. Don’t get me wrong, it was a decent day overall, but don’t expect too much from this tour. Way too expensive and way too crowded.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide positive feedback. The booked trip was already canceled twice, even though the conditions for a boat trip were well-suited on the day originally booked. Furthermore, responses to our inquiries were always significantly delayed. Only after we opened a case with PayPal did we receive a response. Overall, we are therefore very dissatisfied with the communication and the process.

The experience was amazing. The guide was very friendly, energetic and fun. Very engaged in our tour. The views were amazing. For full day of entertainment the price was very good.

There were 18 of us on the boat and the day went very well. We saw beautiful things and the fact that the boat was not hard contributed a lot to our comfort. We recommend this tour for young and dynamic people because we were going fast and there was music.

Excellent day spent discovering the beaches and caves. A bit too long of a break on Grama beach in my opinion and too many people gathered at the same time in the key spots like the Blue Cave. I regretted not stopping on Sazan Island but perhaps that was a different excursion. But overall a great day, very cool guides and the trips on the rigid-inflatable boat were really nice. We had a great time.

Do not choose them. They crammed so many people onto the boat that everyone was packed in like sardines, even though the distances were quite long. In the second half of the tour, not only was there no beer left, but my mom couldn't even get a single bottle of water because they had completely run out. A total money grab by the agency—I fell for the 4.9-star rating too.

Honestly the experience with Olympia Tours was a bit deceiving: the "guide"barely spoke to us when being brought to a spot to view or swim, only one bottle of water was available for each person for the 8 hour duration of the excursion..in the hot sun..as well, there were at least 8 boats congregating together and following"racing"with each other creating a very unsafe situation for people on board. Please note that only 1 or life vests were available for 18 guests on board, while some of them being children. Really felt that the "guides"has total disreguard for our safety. He even started to leave and then notices 3 were missing... While spending 2 hours at Grama Bay, we had to pay for chairs and umbrella or sit on rocks in the hot sun...Prices for food and beverages were high and toilet facilites were only available for those who purchased items... However, the Albanian coast and the blue cave is a must see: just with another tour operator...

The locations we visited were absolutely beautiful, and overall the boat ride itself wasn’t too bad . Just be prepared for a fairly rough and wet ride for much of the journey. Unfortunately, I was less impressed with the tour operator. There were two people who appeared to be guides or crew on the boat. I’m assuming the second person was an employee, although at times it seemed as though our guide may have simply brought a friend along. He appeared more interested in taking selfies than looking after the guests and even asked another passenger to take photos of him. I assume he was part of the crew because the main guide allowed him to drive the boat for approximately the last half-hour of the return journey. My biggest concern, however, was the lack of refreshments. The tour ran from approximately **10:30 am until 6:30 pm**, and during that entire time we were provided with only **one 500 ml bottle of water per person**. For an eight-hour boat tour, particularly in hot weather, I think it would be reasonable to expect the operator to carry a much larger supply of drinking water for guests. My ticket also advertised **unlimited beer**. I had no intention of taking advantage of that, but there appeared to be only around five cans of beer available on the boat in total, so describing it as “unlimited” seems somewhat misleading. The destinations themselves were definitely worth seeing and were the highlight of the day. However, based on the overall service, limited refreshments and the professionalism of the crew, I would probably recommend experiencing these locations with a different tour operator.
