The places we visited were absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the experience itself was very different from what we expected based on the information provided when booking. We originally booked the 5-hour Sazan Island/Haxhi Ali/Karaburun tour through GetYourGuide. Nothing in the listing mentioned a party atmosphere or loud music. The day before the trip, the operator contacted us directly via WhatsApp and offered an upgrade to their 8-hour Grama Bay & Secret Blue Cave tour, describing it as their “most beautiful and complete experience”, focused on hidden bays, caves, crystal-clear water and swimming. We accepted – and the scenery really was spectacular. What we weren’t told was that the experience was very much party-style, with extremely loud music, including while visiting beautiful places like the canyon, and champagne being sprayed over passengers. This wasn’t a small celebratory splash – we and our clothes were genuinely soaked in alcohol without any warning. For us, these elements took away considerably from enjoying the nature we had come to see. When I raised the issue during the tour, I appreciated that the crew did turn the music down somewhat. However, when I mentioned the champagne, I was told that this was something they always did and that we had signed up for it. That was exactly the problem: based on the GetYourGuide information and the direct upgrade offer we received, we had no idea we were signing up for this type of experience. One other practical point: bring a proper waterproof/wet bag. On the return journey we got completely soaked due to the sea conditions – obviously not the crew’s fault – and even in calmer conditions it was difficult to keep belongings dry with swimmers climbing back onto the boat over the seating areas. A waterproof bag really should be included in the recommended packing list. I can absolutely see people loving this tour if they know they’re booking a lively, party-style speedboat experience. The route is fantastic and the places themselves are stunning. But if, like us, your priority is enjoying the scenery and nature in a more relaxed atmosphere, I would want to know about the loud music, champagne showers and overall vibe before choosing this tour. Had that been clear to us, we would have stayed with our original booking.

Mario was perfect! We had an excellent day! We saw magical places, the atmosphere was so good, music blasting on the boat, we were able to dive into the turquoise water! Truly exceptional! I recommend it

The boat ride by Matia was amazing!!! We thoroughly enjoyed it! The ticket mentioned that Snorkelling kit will be provided but actually it was not provided! And also the boat is a bit crowded . The places they took us are amazing to watch but again so much crowded that you will not get that opportunity to take perfect pictures! Unlimited Drinks and food were provided which is really nice!

Incredible day. The caves and the beaches that we visited were all very beautiful. Andrea (the “captain”) and Aaron, his assistant, made us have a fantastic day and were always mindful of everyone's safety. Drinks throughout the day and they gave us some sandwiches in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon. The boat with the best music and party in one of the caves. Summary: a very very TOP day

Great experience. Mathias was the skipper of the RHIB. He can sail like the best. Several small beaches, two caves including the blue gem cave visited. Furthermore, many powerboat moves made with the RHIB. Was a unique experience.

Yesterday, my husband, my son, and I went on this trip based on the recommendation of my brother and sister, who traveled with this agency last week and were absolutely delighted with their experience. They told us they had an amazing and exciting day, with great music and a fun atmosphere on the boat throughout the trip. They were also offered sandwiches, beer, soft drinks, and water all day long, so we expected the same level of service. The departure was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., but we didn't leave until 11:15 a.m. We arrived at the meeting point at 10:15 as instructed. The staff called all the passengers' names but left the last ten of us waiting. Around 10:40 we were taken to the dock, where we had to wait again until 11:10 before boarding an older boat. It was obvious that the agency had failed to arrange the third boat on time and had found this older one at the last minute. At first everything seemed fine. There was some quiet music and the ride was pleasant. On the way out we visited four locations. However, on the way back the weather became windy, but the skipper kept driving at high speed over the waves. Those of us sitting at the front were forced to hold on tightly because we were constantly thrown into the air and slammed back onto our seats. At first it was funny and we laughed, but after repeatedly crashing down onto the seats, it became painful rather than enjoyable. The skipper saw our reactions and heard our cries of pain, yet he continued driving fast without slowing down. Near the end of the trip, the wooden seat under my son broke because of the force with which he was repeatedly thrown onto it. Instead of acknowledging the way he had been driving, the skipper asked my son how he had managed to break the seat, saying that it had never happened before. In the end, it seemed that my son was blamed instead of the skipper. Everyone sitting at the front of the boat ended up sore and bruised from the ride. Our necks were jolted several times, and I was genuinely afraid mine would be seriously injured. Even today, both my son and I still have neck pain. In fact, our entire bodies hurt from being thrown around the boat, and we feel completely battered. On the return trip we didn't visit a single additional location. My brother and sister visited a total of eight places on the same tour, while we saw only four, even though we paid for the longer and more expensive route because we wanted to see everything. In the end, it felt like we had wasted our money. The skipper wanted to visit Haxhi Ali Cave but was apparently afraid to enter because of the waves and the old boat, while another boat in front of us entered the cave without any problem. As a result, we missed this beautiful cave as well as several other locations, because after that we headed straight back to Vlora. We were told that the trip would last eight hours, but we returned at 6:05 p.m., meaning the excursion ended about an hour earlier than promised. This morning, all three of us woke up stiff and in pain all over our bodies, as if a bulldozer had run over us. What was supposed to be a wonderful day full of excitement and adventure turned into one of the worst days we've had in a long time. I am extremely disappointed, and after this experience I would never choose to travel with this agency again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
