Tour guide was very helpful and informative. Lots of time to explore. Would highly recommend this tour.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR. The air conditioning on our coach for this trip was not working, from the time we set off. This was an EXTREMELY hot and humid day in June 2026. It should have been checked and the trip cancelled as the temperature was a serious risk to any elderly or unwell passengers. The main stop on this tour was 3 hours in an off season ski resort. Besides cafes and shops there is nothing to do there. Given the heat on the coach, all my friend and I could do anyway was lie down in the shade and try to cool off. Miraculously, the A/C was fixed for our return journey, but this only demonstrates that the issue should have been checked thoroughly prior to departure. The worst element of this tour, however, was the tour guide. He spouted extremely offensive opinions about many different populations in Montreal. He literally pointed at a Jewish man on the sidewalk and spouted anti-semitic tropes. He made similar comments about First Nations people, communities living in poverty, people for whom French is not a first language. It was deeply disturbing. I submitted a formal complaint to Viator about this trip and received a pathetic 50% of the fee returned.

The trip was wonderful but we were dropped at Dorchester Square instead of at our hotel as we were told. It was over a mile walk which would have been fine except my husband can only walk minimally due to spinal cord issues. We would not have done this trip if we had known. They didn’t inform us until we were headed back. Quite a few older people were panicking but the tour guide didn’t provide any assistance.

Tour was a bit shorter than advertised. Because some people showed up late, it left 30-40 minutes late, then got back about an hour early, cutting short our time at the stops. Other than that, tour was good. Be sure to call tour company at least 24 hours ahead of time. We didn't see note to d this so they didn't come to our hotel for pickup as scheduled. Fortunately, the tour operator's office was close by so we made it there to catch tour. If it was far away, we would have been out of luck and missed the whole tour with no refund.

We confirmed our pick up point, received a confirmation email and were there 5 minutes before the allocated time. After waiting 45 minutes we rang the tour company to be told that the tour had left because we were not there when they came for us. Completely unture. Viator have arranged a refund for us, but beware.

Lots to see but didn’t feel rushed at all. Our guide was informative and funny. Would highly recommend.

Using Viator is best way to experience your travels adventure. Never would I have known the history of some of the cities villages. Love this & thanks

The pickup time was changed and I was not notified. The day before, I tried to contact the provider without success. I received a confirmation email the day before with the same pickup time, 8:00 AM, and on the day itself at 6:21 AM, the same appointment confirmation for 8:00 AM. At no point was there any mention of a 7:00 AM pickup. Furthermore, you have all my contact information; this is the first time this has happened to me, I am disgusted.

It was very scenic and the guide was very amusing. The trip went very smoothly and the towns we stopped at were great!

We left Mont Tremblant at 2:35 PM even though we had plenty of time to stay an hour longer at the Mont....😕
