I typically never take the time to write a review BUT this was really terrible service. I had a cruise booked for June 22. I made reservations for my ride more than 30 days in advance. I reminded them the week advance. I was told to let them know the day of when I land. I’d let them know hours before I landed when I actually landed.I was informed that they didn’t have anybody in the area to take me to my cruise so I had to pay $100 out of my pocket from the airport to the boat when I had already paid them to take me, they offered me a free shuttle back from the boat. Once I docked back in Miami that wasn’t compensation enough, and no one ever reached out to me very poor service I wouldn’t recommend.

Great service.
René was on time, polite and delivered us to our destination safely. Leading up to our transfer from MIA to FLL the communication with AGA travel was fabulous. I was given correct and accurate information and when I sent a text to ask for clarification I received a prompt and pleasant response. Would definitely use again.

Best Shuttle service
Adrian was awesome. The bus was nice and clean. He was prompt and was always willing to answer my questions. I will hire him in the future.

Average service
Driver was at wrong agreed upon pickup location twice. He was non-apologetic and never spoke a word to us during our drive. When I offered him the Viator documentation to validate our trip he blew it off saying he did not need it. We had three bags and he handled one.

Ok Service
Nothing special about the experience. Several miscommunications even though I tried to confirmed everything. App didn’t work correctly for the return transport had to keep checking to take sure the scheduled pickup was at the right place. Pick up was later to our agreed pickup time at 9:30 am. If this wasn’t a good time, then this should have been communicated. Just wasn’t the luxury service as described.

It was a great...
It was a great experience! Our driver was amazing and we look forward to him transporting us to the Carnival port. I hope he will be the one transporting us from the port to the airport on Saturday (1/25)

Great service, friendly staff
We (a group of 8 people between the ages of 9 and 74) have used AGA's service three times in the past 3 weeks. The communication is great, the price is perfect and the service is far above perfection. I recommend everyone to use AGA. They will certainly not disappoint you.
