René was on time, polite and delivered us to our destination safely. Leading up to our transfer from MIA to FLL the communication with AGA travel was fabulous. I was given correct and accurate information and when I sent a text to ask for clarification I received a prompt and pleasant response. Would definitely use again.
Adrian was awesome. The bus was nice and clean. He was prompt and was always willing to answer my questions. I will hire him in the future.
Driver was at wrong agreed upon pickup location twice. He was non-apologetic and never spoke a word to us during our drive. When I offered him the Viator documentation to validate our trip he blew it off saying he did not need it. We had three bags and he handled one.

Our driver explained the situation and directed the pickup to a permitted location nearby. Our experience with this company was exceptional! Nice driver, clean vehicle and just overall excellent customer service, from communication to pickup and drop off!
Nothing special about the experience. Several miscommunications even though I tried to confirmed everything. App didn’t work correctly for the return transport had to keep checking to take sure the scheduled pickup was at the right place. Pick up was later to our agreed pickup time at 9:30 am. If this wasn’t a good time, then this should have been communicated. Just wasn’t the luxury service as described.

Occasionally, reviews may not accurately reflect our operations. In this case, the person leaving the review did not travel with us but made a booking for their family. Our drivers were in constant communication with the passengers, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time service. It’s important to clarify that our services are provided exactly as booked. This particular reservation was for a direct transfer from the airport to the cruise port. However, an additional request was made at the last minute to make multiple stops for shopping and sightseeing, which was not included in the service booked. To ensure punctuality for all our customers, we adhere to our pre-scheduled itinerary and cannot make unplanned modifications without prior arrangements. We (a group of 8 people between the ages of 9 and 74) have used AGA's service three times in the past 3 weeks. The communication is great, the price is perfect and the service is far above perfection. I recommend everyone to use AGA. They will certainly not disappoint you.
