Everything went very well. The driver arrived early and even waited for us. He was very helpful and respectful throughout the journey. He took us to the airport quickly and without any issues. Everything went perfectly. Thank you very much for everything. ✨
Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful feedback on the experience you had with Intours Egypt!
We booked our taxi transfer with intours through booking.com. Our flight had a delay due to a diversion and was very late in arrival. We then had a lengthy wait to get through airport security and were not expecting our taxi to greet us given how late we were. We were therefore thrilled to see them waiting outside with our name clearly displayed on a board to whisk us to our hotel. All communication was replied to very quickly. Fantastic service!

Arrived was told I needed bigger car as on form it asked how many suit cases never included hand bags paid an extra 10 pounds
Thank you for your feedback — I’m sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. We should have asked about all luggage, including handbags, when arranging your vehicle. I will share this with our booking and driver teams so they clarify luggage requirements up front and avoid unexpected charges. If you’d like a refund of the extra £10 or wish to discuss this further, please provide your booking reference or contact us at +201000990327. Kind regards, Intours Egypt Team
Very clean people, very nice car; what can I say, excellent. The only thing I recommend is to have the car cool in this heat, that would be great.
