Very satisfied with the service. Driver was friendly, polite, and professional. He was on time for the pickup. His driving was very safe, cautious but not slow. Comfortable and clean car. Only the website needs improvement.

The transfer itself was smooth once it got started, but the pickup experience was frustrating. I booked a meet-and-greet service, however the driver was not at the designated meeting point when I arrived. What made it more disappointing is that I had reconfirmed all the pickup details the night before, so I expected everything to be seamless. Instead, I spent about 25 minutes going back and forth with calls and messages before we were able to find each other. It seemed like the driver may have been given incorrect or unclear instructions about where to meet. At this price point, this type of issue is really unacceptable and defeats the purpose of booking a meet-and-greet service in the first place. That said, once we connected, the driver was polite, professional, and the ride to the Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow Airport was comfortable and efficient. Overall, the driving itself was good, but the pickup coordination needs significant improvement.

I understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when booking a meet-and-greet service. As per our records, you had booked a minivan, and the ride was allocated to a Mercedes Vito. The driver was present at the designated meeting point prior to the scheduled pickup time, holding a name sign and dressed professionally in accordance with our standards. That said, I do appreciate your comments regarding the difficulty in locating the driver. We will review this internally to ensure that meeting point instructions are as clear as possible to avoid similar situations in the future. I’m pleased to hear that once connected, the journey itself was comfortable and that the driver provided a professional service.
Communication with MiniCabRide was easy from start to finish. Information supplied was excellent and I knew how to get in touch if I needed to. Our driver met us at specified place at the right time - and the drive to London was smooth and comfortable.

I booked a one-way taxi transfer from Gatwick Airport to Central London with Global Airport Taxi, and it was excellent. The driver arrived early, greeted me by name, and the car was spotless and comfortable. The fixed price meant no surprises, and I relaxed during the ride knowing everything was handled. Highly recommend for stress-free airport transport.

Very efficient and helped us out of a major delay. Came and picked us up at 3am and was very organised. They kept track of the flight and was in constant communication with me - really helpful admin team as well

I appreciated the constant updates via WhatsApp. Communication was outstanding. Uber was £160 whilst MiniCabRide was £95 from Gatwick to London City Airport so cost wise made total sense!!
