Great experience for all three stops… Just that the heat from the blazing sun was made it challenging. Peter ( guide ) and driver Lucien weren very attentive and caring. The whispers provided to make us listen to Peter’s narrative in each stop and point of interests helped a lot.
We had great communication, a very comfortable ride and the driver was very informative about London.
The driver was over 45 minutes late for pick up and even after providing the exact address for drop off was unable to find the hotel without us directing him.
Hi Pamela, We sincerely apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused during your journey. The M3 was unexpectedly fully blocked, which significantly impacted the driver’s arrival time. We also regret that the driver had difficulty locating the drop-off address — this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. Driver texts and calls. Viator keeps in contact at all times I never had a worry about my transfer. Drive was friendly. Car very nice, clean and comfortable for a long drive. Thank you we will use viator again.

I received this company info from a coworker. Our driver was super friendly! Getting off a cruise ship has many variables and factors. We got off earlier than expected. We tried to reach out to see if they were available sooner, they happened to arrive 30 min before our scheduled time. Offered to stop and get us coffee or tea 10/10.
