Great guide with a sense of humour!
We met our guide Manuella outside the Lindt Chocolate Shop as instructed. The whole area was extremely crowded so I suggest you allow more time when you visit. There was a long queue at least 20 minutes to get into the Cathedral. Manuella however was a very good guide and provided details about the history of the Cathedral itself, construction and the famous people of the time. Inside the cathedral was simple but spectacular with the most spectacular painted dome ceiling apparently the biggest in the world it was incredible. We enjoyed our trip which lasts about 1 hour
A great guide- Julio- very entertaining and enthusiastic and very informative . The time in the queue went quickly because of him. Lovely art work inside the cathedral
This guided tour was terrible. The guides were completely disorganized and confused. There was no presentation, and the main guide did not carry a flag to be recognized in the large crowd. I did not receive the earpiece, even though I requested it three times. I lost the group and did not receive the entrance ticket. Really terrible, Viator. I expect a refund.
We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, our staff was present at the meeting point and the service was provided as advertised. Earphones were distributed to all participants, and the guide managed a large group during a busy period. We also note that entrance tickets were successfully used for access.
Still had to wait in line. Very crowded. Microphone did not work. Guide did not have a replacement. Missed a lot of tour.

We recommend reviewing the inclusions before booking. Regarding crowds — Florence Cathedral is one of the most visited monuments in the world. While we understand this can affect the experience, crowd levels at the venue are unfortunately outside our control. Regarding the microphone — we have spoken with your guide and can confirm the equipment was fully functioning throughout the tour. We're sorry if there was any miscommunication during the experience. Requesting a radio phone in French with a guide is great
This tour made me slow down and actually notice things—tiny details in the marble, hidden symbols, and the meaning behind the artwork. Definitely something you can’t experience alone.

I’ve seen the Duomo before, but this guided tour changed everything. From the marble façade to the interior details, every corner had a story. The guide made it easy to imagine Florence during the Renaissance.

Clear meeting instructions and no confusion at all. The guide managed the group well and made sure everyone stayed together, which is not always easy in busy places like this.

Waste of money. Had to queue to get in for 50 minutes despite booking for a tour time at 11.30am. The guide spent the whole time talking to the 6 people at the front of our line & showing them picture on her table &didn't interact with or approach the rest of us. She just ignored us. By 12.30pm we had to leave because we had somewhere else to be.
