Very informative and interesting. Enjoyed learning about both the outside and inside of the basilica. Guide was great and full of insight and energy!

The girl Emanuela was very passionate about the city of Florence but her English was terrible my sister and i couldn’t understand hardly anything which was a real shame!!!

⭐ 1/5 – RUN AWAY! A real scam. We had booked a guided tour in French, with a meeting time at 11:15 AM. It is 12:30 PM and we still haven't entered the Duomo! We are giving up, estimating that there is at least another 1 hour of waiting left, without any organization worthy of the name. And above all: the guide does not speak a word of French. Instead of the guided tour in French that we paid for, we were given a sort of audioguide with texts that seem totally disconnected from the tour. We listen to explanations without even knowing if they correspond to what we have in front of our eyes. No interest. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, we are therefore still outside, with a guide that we cannot understand and an unusable audioguide. We are leaving. This is absolutely not the service sold. At this level, it is no longer a simple disappointment: we really have the feeling of having been scammed. RUN AWAY and book your tour elsewhere.

There is so much of interest inside and out the guide helps to appreciate it all. Worth the reasonable fee!

Lamentable welcome. A tourist trap.

We went with our family and everyone managed to stay interested. The explanations were simple enough for the younger members of the group without being boring for the adults.

Normally I find historical tours a little difficult to follow, but this one was different. The guide used simple explanations and interesting stories, which kept everyone engaged.

The cathedral is beautiful, but having a guide made the visit much more meaningful. We learned about the construction, the decorations, and some interesting stories connected to the Duomo.

Brilliant guided tour of Santa Maria del Fiore! Quick entry, insightful historical context, and a fantastic local guide who answered all our questions. You walk away with a true appreciation for Italian Gothic architecture. Highly recommended!

Our guide was fantastic—passionate, funny, and deeply knowledgeable about Florentine heritage. The tour moved at a comfortable pace, allowing enough time for photos while keeping the group engaged with great anecdotes about Brunelleschi and the Cathedral’s construction.
