I had to spend an hour waiting on two other passengers that were supposed to be traveling with me. Once you exit the airport building, you're not allowed back inside (where there's air conditioning).
They need to have a maximum delay cutoff so as not to inconvenience others. It was already going to be a 2hr drive to get to the hotel. Different arrangements should have been made for those other late passengers instead of forcing me to wait that long. If I had Wi-Fi available on my phone at the time, I would have made other arrangements. I will not be using them again.
事業者からの返答
We’re sorry the wait was longer than expected and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with a long journey ahead. Our shared shuttle service allows for a wait time of up to 45 minutes for arriving passengers, as outlined in our service information. We appreciate your feedback and will review how we can better manage delays to minimize inconvenience to guests.

Great trip!
I had one of the easiest airport transfers from my hotel to MBJ airport with Bernard. Even before the trip the company was very responsive to my questions about pick up. Bernard arrived before the pick up time and we had great conversations on the ride to the airport.

Reliable transfer
Great transport.
Trip from airport to hotel was easy- the wait was a bit long as the rest of the passengers arrived and collected their bags , the trip from hotel to airport was a bit more private and much faster route and less time on road stopping off at hotels
All and all reliable and organized outfit !

Poor overall experience
Arrived at Montego airport and went to the “holiday services” help desk as instructed. We were told someone would be waiting there to help us. Showed up and no one was there. Called and messaged the operator numerous times and no response. Finally a woman with a poor attitude showed up 30 min later to confirm our booking and said “Ok now wait outside we will leave in 30 min”. So we ultimately had to wait an hour before we were on the road and were treated like a nuisance
