We pride ourselves on making every traveler feel welcome and included, sharing Alaska’s history, wildlife, and local knowledge throughout the day, and providing attentive, personalized service. Complimentary snacks are routinely offered, and we are always happy to answer questions and assist visitors with parking or anything else they need while in Anchorage. If there is any possibility that you did travel with Planet Earth Adventures, we would genuinely appreciate you contacting us directly with the name on your reservation and your tour date so we can investigate further. If we made a mistake, we want to make it right. However, based on our records, we believe this review may have been posted for the wrong company.
