Some of the most spectacular scenery I have ever seen. Sebastian was a great narrator and driver and definitely made the tour even more enjoyable with his colourful narratives. Be sure to pack warm clothes and a raincoat just in case.
Absolutely amazing day. From pick up to drop off, we enjoyed the whole trip. For a long 12 hr day, not once were we disappointed or felt the day drag. Our driver was amazing, the views spectacular from the beginning, the cruise was a once in a lifetime experience, not one complaint. Comfortable bus ride and amazing nature views. 1000% recommend. This was an amazing trip in which we saw beautiful country on the way to Milford Sound. Driver provided commentary along the way which was very informative and helpful. Boat ride was fun, got to see many waterfalls and beautiful scenery. Only downside was the drive back was very long and got in early evening.
Amazing experience that you can not get from anywhere else. The driver is. Historian, Geologist, Botanist, Ecologist, Archaeologist, Economist, Anthropologist and so on and so forth, explains everything amazingly
Amazing experienced and the bus trip was great, our driver was never tired of showing and telling us about everything we passed through going to Milford. He’s really funny, that helps us not to get bored. 10 star for him.
Fantastic tour with Pure Milford to Milford Sound. Excellent coach driver, Carl. So knowledgeable regarding flora and fauna of New Zealand. Delicious lunch on board boat cruise with free tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Highly recommend this tour.
The most unreal experience ever, we’ve done Milford on a cruise ship before but this is another level, if you can get there and do it through pure Milford it was the best day of our whole trip. We will be back !!!!!
The tour was good but felt a bit underwhelming. The staff were great throughout but I think the tour felt like it was missing something. Basically the tour is just getting to and from Milford Sounds, the description implies that everything is included unless you'd like a coffee or a snack at the rest stops then you have to pay yourself, so a little misleading. My personal opinion if you were to do this tour coach down and flight back, the day was nice but felt like something was missing from the day. It is a long day & some of what I saw was lovely but I think the description could e worded a bit better

Beautiful scenaries along the way and great narration from the driver. We encountered many different weather conditions: rain, overcast, snow, sunshine.. and the trip was worth in any of these.
