Great experience and the team from the start of the tour make you feel welcome and like family. Very nice set up they have. No complains at all. Must do.

I booked a tour to the thermal waters, but the company itself canceled the tour due to weather conditions. So far, everything is fine, as I understand that the weather may prevent the activity from taking place. The problem started when I requested the refund. So far, I have not received the amount. I contacted them via WhatsApp, including through the same channel the company had contacted me on, and they informed me that the case is with the department responsible for the refund. I am waiting for a solution and the return of my money. I hope the company resolves the situation as soon as possible, because the cancellation was not requested by me and, therefore, I consider it fair to receive the refund quickly and transparently.

Great tour, both the guides Ivan and Carlo were very easy going, approachable, friendly and obliging to help, our tour was changed due to a land slip, but we still thoroughly enjoyed what we did instead.

I bought not only this package but farelones and pq snow with tickets ... obviously they didn't take me to the snow park where I had the ticket and stayed strictly in farelones or I was forced to cost two

This was honestly one of the worst tours we’ve ever taken. The tour was supposed to start at 7:00 AM, but less than a day before departure we were suddenly informed that pickup would be at 5:00 AM. The biggest disappointment was that the main attraction of the tour — the canyon — was closed. We were only informed the evening before the trip and were offered an “alternative itinerary.” In reality, it was just a series of meaningless stops: a river, a sign with the canyon’s name, and a waterfall that had nothing to do with what we originally booked. These stops had no real value. If we had known in advance what the replacement would actually look like, we would have canceled the tour. Unfortunately, that wasn’t presented as an option. The whole experience also felt like a tourist trap. Throughout the day they tried to upsell unnecessary winter clothing rentals, and the lunch stop was at an overpriced restaurant where the average meal cost around $35–40 per person, with no reasonable alternatives. Overall, this tour felt misleading and poorly managed. We paid to see a famous canyon and instead spent the day visiting random locations that were not worth the time or money. I would not recommend this tour.

We paid the price of a tour to thermas, but as the road was closed we made another! What was the Bad experience, very difficult communication with the agency. Confirm the 21:30 tour of the previous day and you need to decide whether or not the tour is correct by 22:00. After they no longer respond. Bad experience, the guides are great super gentle they have no fault of anything. Certainly would not indicate, would not return! Money thrown out.

Wonderful experience - the bus ride itself was majestic and wild, then the hot springs were incredible. Relaxing and awe-inspiring!
