I had a wonderful experience with the Hanoi Airport Pickup and City Transfer service. From the moment I landed at Noi Bai Airport, everything went smoothly and professionally. The driver was waiting for me right at the arrival gate with a clear sign showing my name, which made it very easy to find him after a long flight. The car was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned — exactly what I needed after arriving in Hanoi’s warm weather. The driver was polite, friendly, and spoke basic English, which was very helpful. He also offered me a bottle of water and gave a few local tips about places to visit and eat in the Old Quarter.
