We’re glad the tour still gave you a good overview of Budapest’s main sights, but we’re sorry that the experience itself fell short of what you’ve come to expect from city bike tours. Most of our guests are highly satisfied with our tours, as all of our guides are certified, well trained, and experienced local guides. It would be interesting to know who was your guide, unfortunately it is not mentioned in the review.

Your practical tips about the 10am tour are spot on too — a little water and an energy bar can definitely come in handy! 😊 We always recommend to have a good breakfast before the tour, so you can make it until 13:30. Water is provided during the tour, but we encourage everybody to use refillable bottles to save the word from plastic waste. We really appreciate the recommendation and are delighted that you found the route safe, relaxed, and easy to enjoy.
