We had some difficulty understanding where to be picked up. The pick up location on the tour shows to be the hotel. We were not aware we would have to travel with luggage to the dock, and thought a porter would be available to assist with our luggage considering the cost. Once we made it to the taxi dock, it was a great experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful, they got us to the airport in plenty of time. Definitely a great option to get to the airport comfortably. Would recommend.

Fusina transfer and transfer from hotel to airport
Five star experience. Car service, water taxi and our guide to hotel was fantastic. She walk with us to hotel and airport

Easy transfer from Venice to airport
Great transfer- We had 6 people and too much luggage, but our drivers handled it easily. Very helpful and friendly!

Excellent communication...
Excellent communication with coordinator. Called the day prior to transport to confirm meeting location which was a Godsend as location changed. Drivers were on time and helpful. Although public transport was available the hour of flight required private transportation. This was an excellent option.
