I booked Conversational French Language in Paris for 2 for October 14, 2024 at 6pm. The confirmation number is BR-1188227687 . The Teacher / Guide did NOT show up and the Tour provider did not even call us to inform us that the Guide will not be available. Myself and my Spouse waited at the meeting point from 5.45pm to 6.30pm. This is not acceptable. I requested from Marriot Bonvoy Tours for refund and was informed by Marriott Tours that the Guide informed them he conducted the Tour and with coffee receipt as evidence instead of a signed attendance document by us. The phone details of Guide was not provided for us to contact the Guide. However my phone number was stated in the booking / confirmation. I have written again to Marriott Bonvoy NOT to pay the Guide for services not rendered and to Kindly refund my payment of $183.44 for the Tour that did NOT take place. I am still expecting my refund from Marriott. I am also a life Time Gold /Titanium Member with Marriott and i usually book Tours via Marriott.

Luis was an hour late and after he arrived did not have a plan on what material to cover. We felt it was a waste of time and money. We Ave gotten more out of 15 on Duolingo Luis was personable and very apologetic about being so late but Keith and I both felt he needs to have a lesson plan.

Really fun experience ! Our guide Luis was very good and knowledgable .. I would definitely recommend this experience to other travelers
This experience was one of the highlights of my 8 day stay in Paris. I traveled with my niece, Danielle and was expecting to meet a guide and go to a cafe and practice French. What we got was more enjoyable and valuable. Not only did we go to a cafe and had coffee and spoke some French, our guide Louis told us the history of Paris, its artists and philosophers and gave my niece and I a tour of the Latin Quarter churches in the area. The history of Descartes skull and its journey from Sweden to France was interesting. Learning Paris’ history gave me a much better appreciation of Paris. I throughly enjoyed this experience and thank Louis and Viator for such a wonderful experience. Well worth the money spent. Merci , 😊 Vivian Infantino
My daughter and I had a wonderful time! We would definitely book again with him! He was engaging and so encouraging!
Monee was our teacher. She was enthusiastic, friendly , embracing and put us at ease immediately. We were a party of 4 with very little knowledge of French. As we drank coffee with Monee, we learned some basic conversational language . It was a very fun morning . We had such a wonderful time with her, we hated to part. Monee and the program get an A++++++++++++++++
we had the best time! our guide was charming and informative. my kids (24,28,30) said this was the favorite thing they did in Paris!!
No teacher or guide showed up to fill our reservation/ appointment. We did not get to have a lesson or walking tour. The restaurant even helped us look for someone. No one answered out chat and the phone number cut off when we tried to call. We had to request a refund. Now we have to wait a week to see if they provide the refund.
<p>Elizabeth was a great instructor! My teenage daughter and I learned an amazing amount of information about the French language and also about the Saint Germain des Pres area of Paris. This class started our trip off great and we were able to use what we learned to communicate better during the rest of the trip. Highly recommend this class to others!</p>
