Glory was with us. She was a wonderful guide. Very social. They showed us around Dar Es Salaam. The only I would recommend is to cut out the shopping mall if you don’t wanna see how shopping malls are over there.

Irene messaged me before we got off the ship to say her and our driver were waiting for us at the port gate. We were around 45 mins late disembarking and then had to take the ships shuttle to gate 2 where they were waiting for us as promised. The vehicle was comfortable and well air conditioned and water was provided. Irene's English was very good so we had no problem in understanding her. The highlight of the day was the fish market - buzzing with people. We walked along the beach and spent time watching the colourful locals making their purchases from the boats that kept arriving. We were taken to the Lutheran church where we climbed the clock tower for lovely views. Then we went for a drive through the chaotic but fascinating city - although sadly we could not stop as it would not have been safe to do so and windows had to be kept up to keep our cameras/phones safe. After a visit to the Mwenge carvers market (which was seriously expensive - they started off at 50 dollars for 2 magnets!!), we drove to a beachside bar to have a drink. Finally we visited a very pretty local cove. Thanks for a great day to you both and Irene, Nakupenda - I remembered it at last!!!

Plus was an awesome tour guide. Showed us everything on the itinerary we picked. One helpful hint for future travelers is to get in touch with them early to help customize what you want to see. It’s hard to decide on the first time what to see but Pius made it enjoyable nonetheless. He even helped with buying ferry tickets for the day after. Irene showed us the turbulent life in Dar. She answered all the questions and told us a lot about the tour points shown. Overall a successful day.

We had a great holiday with this agency, went for a Dar city tour and 3 days safare. Everything was so well organized and arranged for our trip, good food(african tradition foods, very decilious) Guides are very knowledgeable and informative Gabriel was very quick on response of our emails The car were comfortable The accommodations at safari was nice
