Absolutely a great experience. Our chef was amazing! We learned so much and the food was delicious! It was a wonderful experience.
It was a beautiful fun visit. Fabrizio was not only a great chef and host, he was also a great tour guide. He is a great historian. He showed us around Arezzo and treated us to lunch then the next day took us to a beautiful winery. The cooking lessons were wonderful, very informative and delicious. Recipes that I will definitely use again.
I would definitely recommend this cooking class. Our teacher, Fabrizio, was knowledgable and kind. The food he taught us to make was delicious. I took my children and my parents. Everyone had a ball.

It was a fun day cooking with Chef Fabrizio in Arezzo. We put together a 3-course meal. The highlight was the pasta making lesson. Fabrizio gave us a recipe sheet and guided us through the process in easy steps. We had an enjoyable lunch at the end which was accompanied by his dad's homemade wine. Fabrizio told us about the history of Arezzo and recommended a great Osteria for dinner that night. I highly recommend this class.
We have been traveling in Italy for three weeks now. We love the country, the people in most importantly the food. I’d love to cook, and this was by far. The best experience I have ever had. This is not touristy. This is the real deal. we are planning to come back for two months next year and I plan to take cooking lessons with Chef every week. This is an absolute must if you’d like great food and a professional chef to teach you. It was hands-down the best meal we’ve had in Italy for the past three weeks and he taught us how to prepare it.
Everything was absolutely wonderful especially Chef Fabrizio! He was very gracious. We had a lot of fun and food was delicious. Highly recommend!!
We had a fantastic time discussing food, culture and life as we learned the art of pasta making and lemon chicken with Febrezzio. A great family event and would recommend for anyone!
