Great experience. Guide was kind, funny and knowledgeable. Very hot outside and this was a welcome escape from the heat. Very interesting to see the images through VR

A five-star experience - unique, fascinating, and memorable in every way. Going in, we did not know much about Nero or this era of Roman history, and we left feeling like experts. This is 100% to the credit of our wonderful guide, whose passion and storytelling skills were exceptional. She brought Nero to life, and used the art and architecture we were seeing around us in Nero's palace to illuminate the politics and cultures of ancient Rome. It was truly exceptional, and we are grateful that our guide was so talented and engaged. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Stunning experience and the Guide was excellent
Amazing tour and a must see in Rome. Added bonus that its completely underground and keeps you cool. The VR portion was awesome, bringing to life what the Golden Palace would have looked like. Our tour guide was outstanding.
Unbelievable discovery and if you think there is only 15% of the whole palace uncovered, imagine the rest...

I would highly recommend the tour of "Domus Aurea Guided Tour: The Golden House of Nero", run by Eternity tours. Our guide was superb, she had excellent knowledge, she was enthusiastic and enjoyed leading the tour. The tour incorporated technology, history and archeology to bring the ruins to life, placing them in their context and allowing us to experience them as they were when they were functioning. Great tour!!!
