The tour company is terrible. Hard to deal with. They changed the inclusions and I had to fight to get the $30 Australian tour of the city. Desert safari was good but cliche and expensive. Cruise was also cliche an not worth the hour trip to and from the cruise.

Best day in dubai so far. Amazing friendly driver and a great experience. Definetly worth trying this!

If there is a “0” I would give that too! Complete waste of money! Services offered in the package were not provided as offered. I won’t recommend Viator and Safico travels to anyone! I have paid such a higher prices for the poor service! I would definitely reach out dubai tourism if my address refund/compensation are not addressed. I would provide more details of Viator wants to intervene!

Excursion in 4x4 in the heart of the desert, the company provides various stops before entering the desert in case you need water or clothes to buy on the way, the excursion is based on traveling in the desert with the 4x4 with a stop for spectacular photos thanks to the help of the driver, dinner is served in the middle of the desert at their meeting point, where you can buy souvenirs, take photos at sunset or with the camel and enjoy a great dinner while admiring the shows they propose!

The Desert Safari was a great trip, I was a little conscious as my friend had pulled out the trip last minute, but I still decided to do the trip. Abbas our guide was very friendly & welcoming always providing great stories. On the tour, we did dune bashing which was great fun & it was fantastic to really take in the sight in feel in the middle of the desert. Other activities included sand boarding which was good fun & you felt safe to give it a try. We also opted for the option of quad biking which was another first. So there was so much activity to enjoy & then you could sit and relax with a meal to watch some shows at the end. I would highly recommend Abbas as a guide, full of knowledge and made the trip worth every penny and more. You will also get to see the sunset which is beautiful. With regards to the boat tour, this wasn't my type of trip so opted not to do the boat. I was a little too busy for me. So if your looking for desert fun you should do this with this company.
