As stated in the "Additional info" section: "All visits and tastings will be conducted by the producers' team and might involve other guests; there won't be a private guide accompanying you throughout the day". Moreover, in Italy, by law, a driver cannot act as a tour guide, you simply could have asked to have one for you, paying extra. We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with the tour price taking into account private transportation for the whole day together with guided visits of dairy farm, balsamic vinegar factory with tastings, lunch, and of course, skip-the-line tickets to renowned Ferrari museum.
