I am very disappointed with my experience with this agency and I would not recommend this tour to other travellers. I booked a one-day tour for a total price of 194 USD. I paid a non-refundable deposit of 38.80 USD at the time of booking and the remaining 132 EUR in cash on the day of the excursion. During the tour, I discovered that other participants had paid only 70 EUR for exactly the same experience. When I asked about this huge difference, I was told that my higher price was because I had booked through an intermediary. I understand that commissions exist, but paying such a large extra amount without this being clearly explained beforehand feels unfair and lacks transparency. Another disappointment was the “Gypsy Hill and their life” part of the tour, which was advertised as a visit but in reality was only around five minutes viewing the area from the van window, without a proper stop or real interaction. The tour itself had some interesting moments, but considering the price difference and the overall experience, I do not believe this tour offers good value for money. My advice to future travellers: compare prices carefully and do not book this tour through this agency without checking other options first.

As the local tour operator, we do not determine or control the pricing policies, commissions, or additional fees applied by third-party booking platforms. Before confirming the reservation, customers are able to review and accept the total price offered by the platform. Different online travel agencies may apply different pricing structures for the same tour.
