ピックアップは8:00から9:00の間に行われます。正確な時間を含むピックアップの確認は、ツアー前日の7:00までに届きます。 ホテルまたはアパートメントがリストにない場合は、特別要件セクションの予約にピックアップ住所を記入してください。 ピックアップは予約時に選択した住所からとなります。 ご住所が交通規制区域内、またはホテルのすぐそばに停車できない場合は、お客様の便宜のために最寄りのピックアップ場所を手配いたします。 予約時に住所を選択しなかった場合、ピックアップは旧市街の集合場所から行われます。 4月13日から17日までの間、グバフカ鋼索線は運行を休止している。 期間中はブトロウィ・ヴィールチへのチェアリフト乗車に切り替わります。 その他のツアープログラムに変更はありません。

Amazing tour guide Wictoria! She is so passionate about her job. She provides a lot of informations and recomendations what to see or where to eat. She is very friendly, speak good english and helps werever you need her. The driver was great as well. He drove us safetly on on time. In general great trip from brgining to the end!!!
Had a fantastic day, Wiktoria was a great guide with an immaculate vibe and the whole trip was planned very well. Punctual pick up, super nice mode of transport, fun entertainment and the therm pools at the end of the trip were a spot on way to end a fun day. 100% would recommend.
Our tour with Wiktoria was incredible, we had the best day! The whole day was amazing, from the wooden village up to zakopane and the Shepard's hut (still thinking about the cheese) and then onto the thermal baths. Wiktoria was such a wonderful guide, so funny and knowledgeable. As a large hen group she really set the mood for us so big thank you to her!

Fantastic trip, Wiktoria our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic! This trip is a great way to see Zakopane and surrounding areas whilst being accompanied by a fantastic tour guide, and the thermal baths were a great relaxing way to finish.
We had the best day with Wiktoria! From Chocholow and Gubalowka to Zakopane and the thermal baths, everything was well organised and we all had a great experience. Wiktoria was brilliant, funny, and so personable. She kept the atmosphere upbeat throughout the day and shared loads of interesting facts, history, and local stories along the way. She really made the tour memorable, and I’d happily recommend her to anyone visiting Krakow.
Our trip to zakopane was truly amazing, we were there celebrating on a hen do and we all throughly enjoyed every part of the day. Our tour guide Wiktoria was absolutely phenomenal, so friendly and lovely and could not have been any better! Thank you so much for an amazing experience, can’t wait to come back and do it again!

The experience is very lovely. I liked Zakopane very much. Regarding the hot springs, I mistakenly thought they were thermal and natural when I booked them. Well, they are not; it is actually a very large center with many hot water pools, but it turned out to be a space for relaxation (I liked it). The guide was very kind.
