If you like olive oil and want to know more this is a great way of finding out. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and the experience lasted around 1 hour as there was 2 of us. We learned how olive oil is manufactured today and how to taste the olive oil and assess its quality. We tasted around 10 different olive oils in total.

The overview of the process to create olive oil and the process to determine the quality was interesting. The guide was very nice and did a very good job explaining the process.

The truth is that the tasting is definitely worth it; we learned a lot of interesting facts about olive oil that we didn't know, and Adel made our time very enjoyable. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Second time doing the tasting, this time with more friends. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, perfect for both people who already know about oil and those who want to discover this world for the first time. Moreover, the service was exceptional: professional, friendly, and with a lot of affection for the product and for Córdoba. An authentic, different, and totally recommended experience if you visit the city. We left learning, enjoying, and of course, taking some incredible bottles home, including 100ml ones for those flying.

A lovely little find. Who knew there was so, so much variety of olive oil. The owner is lovely and very knowledgeable about olive oils. A lovely little find in Cordoba and a great place to pick up a couple of bottles of unique olive oils (after sampling them of course!).

Do this!! Celia was an excellent guide through the intricacies of olive oil. She explained both theory ( how olives are grown, harvested & milled), and practice (as we tasted 5 varieties of oils). The small shop where we tasted has lots of varieties of oils & we bought several with tips from Celia. A very fun & educational experience.

It was informative. It was about an hour of the guide giving me an explanation of how they process the olive oil and what impacts the quality of the oil. It was interesting, but I don't know that I'd do it again because there's more exciting things to do in Cordoba.

This will go down in our family as one of the best experiences we’ve done together - and that’s not what we were expecting when we booked it! Our host, Maria, who owns the shop where the tasting is held is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about good olive oils! This tour was informative, interactive and tasty. We didn’t expect to be able to tell the difference between “good” and “bad” olive oils, but by the end we were able to discern the difference! We had such a good time and María was a very kind and funny host. We would heartily recommend.

Álvaro is a very animated and enthusiastic host. He guided us through the entire process of harvesting, pressing and processing the olive fruit to produce delicious olive oil. I never drank olive oil but “wow” it’s fragrant and has a wide variety of distinctive flavors. Álvaro brings it all to life! And, you’ll laugh and chuckle a bit alone the way.
