We had a really lovely day exploring Bruges with our family. Since we were visiting from a cruise ship, we were a little worried about trying to see enough of the city without feeling rushed, but everything worked out really well. We got to see some of the beautiful historic streets, squares, old buildings, and other highlights that make Bruges so special. The city itself was even more charming than we expected, especially walking through the quieter streets away from the busiest areas. The canal cruise was probably our favorite part as a family. It was a nice change of pace after walking around, and seeing the city from the water gave us a completely different view. The whole day felt well balanced, with plenty to see but also enough time to simply enjoy being there. It was a memorable stop during our cruise and a great experience for the whole family.

Our family really enjoyed our day in Bruges. We had seen pictures before arriving, but the city was much more charming in person. There are so many little details everywhere, from the old façades and narrow streets to the bridges crossing the canals. Because we were coming from a cruise ship, we knew our time was limited, so we wanted to see the important parts of the city while still having enough time to enjoy the experience. The day gave us that balance. We walked around and explored the historic areas, took plenty of family photos, and enjoyed seeing the city at a comfortable pace. The canal cruise was a lovely addition because everyone could sit back for a while after walking. Our children especially enjoyed being on the water and seeing the buildings from a different angle. It was an easy day to enjoy together, and we left Bruges with some very good family memories.

This tour was very informative on not just Anne Frank’s life but great historical information on what happened during World War II and the Holocaust victims. Tour guide Martina was great.

Comprehensive tour taking in all the major points of interest. Veronique was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable.

Whilst our older lady guide Charlene was very charming, knowledgeable and her stories often quite witty, the tour itself was very chaotic. We were met at the cruise port and all was good. However, when we dismounted the buses, the guides asked us to form groups of twenty persons and the guides started to hand out the "whisperers ". They did not check or ask who had paid for the walking tour only as opposed to who had paid for a walking tour AND a canal ride. The result was 20 minutes of absolute chaos, until they finally realised what had happened, but seemed incapable of resolving. The result was being left without a whisperer and many dissatisfied cruise passengers. The walking tour when we finally got going was good, as was the canal cruise. Our guide also gave good recommendations including Pralinetta, with a nice garden for handmade chocolates and drinks. Bruge was beautiful, but we would recommend that you look for a more organised company to guide you around!

A group of us booked this excursion during a cruise stop and found it to be a very easy way to visit Bruges. Everything was organized clearly, which meant we could focus on enjoying the experience rather than worrying about logistics. The canal cruise gave us some fantastic views and plenty of opportunities for photos. It was nice to sit back and take in the scenery while learning a bit about the city. Afterwards, we had enough free time to wander through the streets, browse shops, and stop for snacks. The pace worked well for our group because it wasn't overly structured. We could enjoy the highlights while still having flexibility to do our own thing for part of the day.
