I do not recommend hiring this agency to do the Ruta del Sillar. We booked a 4-hour tour that was supposed to take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., but the experience was terrible from start to finish. First of all, they left very late from the Plaza de Armas. Added to this was an extremely disorganized guide, which caused us to lose a lot of time in transit and unnecessary time at each point. Our flight was leaving at 4:00 p.m., so the original schedule left us enough time to have lunch and pick up our suitcases at the hotel. However, it turned 2:00 p.m. and the tour still hadn't finished. We were forced to abandon it halfway through and order an Uber on our own so as not to miss the flight, ending up not seeing several points of the tour for which we had already paid. A total lack of respect for the client's time and a very unprofessional service. I do not recommend them.
