Be sure to wear warm clothes and a rain jacket/rain shoes. Our tour guide Sharina was awesome and very informative.
We had a whole day before our flight home. This was a great way to spend the day. We got so close to the glacier it was amazing.
It’s an awesome tour! The views were absolutely beautiful. Our guide Scott was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny, he made our tour the best. Wear or take warm clothes as it gets very chilly on the boat.
I booked this excursion because of the boat cruise to a glacier. It was scheduled for at lease one hour cruise. Upon arrival, the driver found out that the cruise was cancelled. The winds were strong, the water was choppy with white caps. A fog covered the lake. Rina our driver /guide took us to the visitor center and a general store where I had salmon chowder. Making lemonade from lemons. We spent more time at an Animal rehab sanctuary. There was a Blueberry Festival and we make an unscheduled stop. The festival was very nice. Rina has a bubbly personality and very informative with facts and figures. She is able to think quickly on her feet.
Tony was an excellent tour guide! Very accommodating to all guests and had some great stories to tell!
Great tour, great experience, great way to see some of Alaska. Alaska has a lot of beautiful scenery to see.
We had a great day. Scott did a great job answering all our questions and giving us a nice history lesson and information about the area. The Portage glacier was beautiful - we got a close up view of the glacier and the waterfalls.

The tour was awesome! We saw several parks and landmarks! Portage Glacier boat ride was beautiful! The wildlife park had many animals like bison, bears, muskox, deers, and a white wolf. Our tour guide Tucker was very knowledgeable and informative!
All around fun day hitting the highlights in Anchorage, glacier cruise and wildlife rescue center. Amazing sights!
