Never happened. rushed to reach our cruise only to find out it had been cancelled and Viator hadn't notified us.

Cancelled the ride and did not provide a refund
Unfortunately the operator cancelled my boat ride but did not respond to my request for a refund even after nearly a week.

Relax and enjoy
Great way to see Lisbon from the water and relax on a nice vessel. Enjoyed this way to spend 2 hours in the afternoon.

Ride is worth making it. Maybe the closest view of brigde and statue of Jesus

Very informative and the boat was very comfortable

Very enjoyable. But need to scan for commentary
90 minutes along the Tagus River. But no commentary unless you scan a QR code and have headphones prepared. Which I didn't unfortunately, so didn't learn anything about the sites on the river. Was hoping for an audible tour in English and Portuguese..

Good trip, great views. Comfy seats.
Seats were very comfy and views were excellent. You go under the big bridge and close to the statue. Not busy when we went so had a great seat. Got a free drink. You can do a round trip or stop over at belem. Make sure it's stopping though as not all do. Staff friendly.
