Appears that this company is running a scam. They tried to put us on a group tour, although we paid for a private. Finally after insulting us, they did us a favor and found someone who someone who took us on a boat. There was no guide, as advertised, nobody spoke Russian, as advertised. Finally they dropped us off in completely different part of town.

You booked a private yacht tour, and the meeting instructions required you to check in at our SeaLand office first. Instead, you went directly to the pier. At the same time, our regular shared Bosphorus cruise was boarding nearby. Our staff saw you asking for SeaLand. Because you had not checked in, had not shown your private-yacht reservation, and did not initially explain that you were waiting for a private yacht, they understandably assumed you were guests on the shared cruise. As soon as the misunderstanding became clear, our team took you to the office, checked your reservation, confirmed your private-yacht booking, and assisted you to the correct yacht. The delay was only a few minutes, and your private-yacht tour was provided and completed as booked. Regarding the language complaint, this product does not advertise a live Russian-speaking guide. The private yacht includes access to our audio guide in Russian, but we have never stated that a live Russian-speaking guide would accompany the tour. Therefore, saying that “nobody spoke Russian as advertised” is incorrect. We also need to clarify the claim about the drop-off location. For this private-yacht service, guests are returned to the same Eminönü pier area where they were picked up. We do not arbitrarily change the final drop-off to another part of the city, and that did not happen in this case. Unfortunately, during the initial confusion, our staff were shouted at, insulted, and threatened, including comments made in Russian under the assumption that they would not understand. Despite this, our team remained professional and continued assisting you until you reached your yacht. There was never any attempt to replace your private yacht with a group tour, and there was no failure to provide the service you booked. The temporary confusion occurred because the required check-in procedure was not followed. We welcome genuine criticism, but describing our company as a “scam” after receiving the private-yacht service you booked, while also making claims about a live Russian-speaking guide and a different drop-off location that were not part of the actual service, is unfair and misleading.
