It was a great experience. I made a mistake with the date and actually got a call and they sorted out for me allowing my family to join the tour in the preferred date. Organized tour, the tour guide did both, English and Spanish very well. Bus is a chiva, so no A/C but if you know what a chiva is, then you will be fine. Pick up meeting point is a high tourist area and a bit too populated for a meet up point but at the end it was fine. Absolutely recommended.
We went to the Plaza del Reloj in Cartagena and there we signed up for a city tour on the Chiva Rumbera at 9 a.m. It is a very complete tour with a duration of approximately 4 hrs. Touring the best places of interest, historical, social, and new in Cartagena
