Our tour guide, Carla was fantastic! She tailored our tour to our interests and abilities. She was very knowledgeable, easy to understand and passionate about her city! She made the sites come alive with the background information she shared with us. She met us at our hotel and we took a Taxi to the different sites which was fun! She even helped us get a Taxi when the tour was over and recommended several amazing local restaurants! HIGHLY recommend!
This experience is a 10/10, book it!! Our guide Xavier was TOP NOTCH, and I really appreciated the pre-communication from Pilar as well. The excursion itself was so interesting and Xavier was an absolute wealth of knowledge. Yes, you taxi between Park Güell and Sagrada Familia, and it was flawless. Taxis are a plentiful source of transportation and the company pre-arranged it, you just hop in the car. This was a highlight of our trip to Barcelona!!

The guide is very knowledgeable but he speaks incessantly and doesn’t give you a moment to absorb the beauty of the surroundings. He seems to think that you want every detail that you could possibly hear. Our 6 hour private tour ended in 4 hours.
There must be a mistake here, and perhaps you have confused this tour with another one you booked during your trip. As clearly stated several times in the tour description, this tour lasts four hours and has always been that way. It is therefore not correct to say that the tour was longer and ended early. You may perhaps be confusing it with another day trip you booked at a different time. The duration of the tour can be easily verified in the tour description. Regarding your impression of the guide, we understand that this is a personal matter and that each guest may have a different experience. However, in all the years we have been operating, we have never received a review like this one. In fact, if you look at the reviews of our tours in Barcelona or elsewhere in Spain, you will see that the excellent quality of our guides is consistently one of the aspects most highlighted by our customers. We do appreciate, however, that you acknowledge that the guide was very knowledgeable and that he made an effort to share that knowledge with you during the tour. We believe this is important to point out, particularly since it is one of the qualities our guests most frequently value in our guides.
Carla was great! She’s a very fun & engaging tour guide. Although I visited both Parc Guell and La Sagrada Família before, I learned a lot of new information this time around. It was great having a guide tailor the history & conversation to your interests. Carla also helped me retrieve my cell phone after I dropped it in a taxi. Thank you, Carla!

The tour was very easy to book. The travel company was highly responsive and I barely had to lift a finger. Our tour guide - Adriano - was amazing with my family. He took time to explain things in a way we could all understand, he was responsive to our questions and our needs. I couldn't imagine a more successful visit. Hello Pilar! We did the Park Guell and Sagrada Família tour with Migel!!! His knowledge and storytelling were outstanding. He was very passionate about his love of Gaudí and of the Segrada Familia. He also was very thoughtful of the pace, steps, elevators during our tour which included my 86 year old mother-in-law . I would highly recommend Migel as a tour guide and would request him again if we are lucky enough to return to Barcelona!
