Amazing 3 days in Vietnam – Halong Bay, Ninh Binh & Da Nang
Had an incredible experience on this 3-day trip in Vietnam! Everything was well-managed from start to finish.
We spent 3 different days exploring Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, and Da Nang. Halong Bay views were breathtaking, Ninh Binh felt super peaceful with amazing scenery, and Da Nang was full of great energy and iconic spots.
The guides were friendly, punctual, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour.
Everything ran smoothly without any hassle.
Highly recommended if you're planning a trip to Vietnam!

Loved Ba Na Hills! Choose another company!
This would be a 5 star review if only based on the hills and the amazing tour guide, Han. Han was patient, funny and informative. She made sure we knew the plan for the day and kept everyone engaged and happy.
The tour operator staff is where my experience was tainted. I will never book with them again! Unfortunately the tour description did not match what I actually booked and when I tried to sort it out with the company, their representative was extremely rude and refused to help sort it out. My partner was back at our hotel and I was alone on the tour which made the whole experience even worse. The communication with the company’s representative was frustrating to say the least. They kept sending me screenshots of a tour description that was not the one I booked. When I explained it to them, they got ruder and more abusive.
All I can say is pay close attention to the wording in your booking because there are hidden exclusions and you don’t get all the things you think you’re getting.

When you requested a meal during the tour, our representative explained that this was not included in your selected option and that an additional charge would apply if you wished to add it.
We’re sorry that the communication led to frustration. Our team’s intention was simply to explain the inclusions of the booking and the additional cost, not to be rude or disrespectful. We always recommend checking the selected option and its inclusions carefully when booking through a third-party platform to avoid any misunderstanding.

An amazing 10 day experience that had everything in one trip.
I recently completed a wonderful 10 day trip to Vietnam, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Well organised by Ms. Jamie tran is truly amazing and co operative all the trip.. my package is well planned and we enjoyed a a lot.
Vietnam offers the perfect mix of culture, nature, adventure, and relaxation. The transportation was smooth and stress free, and it was included in the package.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable international holiday.

We had time of our life 😍
We had such a lovely experience with our travel agent Julie. She made everything simple and stress-free, and really took the time to understand what we needed.
What meant the most was how thoughtful she was about my child—making sure everything was comfortable, easy, and family-friendly.
