This was an amazing day the drivers made you feel safe in the chaotic traffic and the tour guide was the best we have had in the last three trips we have been on. My husband has issue with walking up stairs so while I was guided through the guide made sure he was comfortable and still experiencing the culture. The meal that was included was absolutely outstanding and enough for 4 people (there was only 2 of us), guide also checked for any food issues before ordering.

Kha was our guide, and he was very attentive. But I think we must have confused him because we kept wanting to stop for coffee and pastries when he kept wanting us to be on the go. It’s a Malaysian thing: to walk a bit and then sit and sip coffee to enjoy the day. Kha picked up our tempo quickly enough, and adapted very well, even offering suggestions for a halal meal in Ba Na hills. He went out of his way to find the best spots for photos, and we were impressed by his professionalism. Definitely would recommend.

Had Kha as our guide, and Lam as the driver. Set off at 6.30 as per my request. I asked to stop at a coffee shop for breakfast and they obliged though they had to call people to find out what was open and where. Kha was very attentive throughout the trip to Ba na hills - he knew the best spots to take photos , and was very fast. He obliged me again when I said I wanted the halal buffet instead of the international buffet. Would recommend for younger groups and those who are extremely fit, rather than laid back travellers like me who want to just slow down and enjoy

Nhu Quynh was the most amazing guide! We had an incredible time and she was so knowledgeable. We would come back anytime! She was amazing with our kids and they loved it too. This is a must see attraction

It was a nice trip to Ba Na Hills, where there was plenty to do and the guide (Henry) also enthusiastically took pictures. Then we went to Dragon Bridge for a photo stop. Glad that all tickets for transport and cable car etc were included.

We had a good time when we visited Ba Na Hills, pick up was on time (actually early) so no waiting. Our guide Miss Quynh spoke excellent English and was extremely knowledgable and very affable. Our driver Mr Quang was a very good driver, and very careful, so we felt very safe when in his car. A good time was had by my family, and rest assured if you have Miss Quynh & Mr Quang looking after you, then you are in good hands.

A fantastic day. Our guide, Quynh, was great. Very knowledgeable, full of interesting facts and good English. She also let us flex the tour as we needed and move at our own pace. This was important as the Ba Na hills resort is massive. Countless things to do, see and experience, a new surprise around every corner. Thanks to Quynh this is possibly one of the best day trips we have ever been on (anywhere!). n.b it is very crowded, well worth investing in the 'Wow pass' to avoid the worst of the queues.

We had a wonderful time with Quyhn and Quyahn as the are brother and sister team they where funny and made you relax just like family we enjoyed our day at bah nah hills Quhyn is very knowledgeable of her history and funny as well . Bah na hills is wonderful especially if you like to take pictures .

Private tour was the way to go. Our tour guide Carol gave us options and made sure we saw everything we wanted. Our driver was excellent. Perfect day for a quick “get to know DaNang.”

I can't express how much we enjoyed this tour. The place is amazing fun for all ages. The tour guide Kha was absolutely top. Thanks for a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
