It is important to know first what you will be seeing. There are so many different inclusion options. It would have also helped to learn some of the history before we were walking through them. Radios were not included so it was very difficult to gather around to hear the guide because of the crowds and the heat.
We are truly sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations. Regarding the headsets, the Colosseum only requires them for groups of more than 8 participants. We also provided an upgraded experience by purchasing Full Experience tickets, which allowed you to access and visit the Arena Floor. This is an area that is not normally included in the standard tour and comes at a higher cost.
Everyone I encountered here to guide and create my experience touring in Rome made me feel welcome, seamless, and supported in my travels. They are very communicative and kind people. Would recommend to anyone I know!
Simone was an incredible tour guide. We had a large family, 12 people including 2 babies. He was so accommodating, polite, patient, and helpful.
