The ride was great. The views from the top were amazing. We took the extra walk on the walkway and it was well worth the effort. We ate at the restaurant, and was a bit pricey but the food was AMAZING.

Well run team but weather can definitely put a damper on the views. When the clouds break it’s great .

This was a great experience! The views on the way up were beautiful and also on the way down as it was dark but the lights of Banff were so pretty. We did the boardwalk and stairs walk to the lookout which was really nice with great views. We had dinner at the Buffet Restaurant which was delicious and had amazing views from our table. Well worth it!

This was a great experience all round, we got the gondola up in time for sunset, great 360 degree views all round including the view of Banff town, a bit crowded but there is plenty of space of there especially if you walk on the boardwalk to the less crowded areas. there was a band playing, and also they have firepits and we were given marshmallows to toast, which is a nice touch

It was fun to ride the gondola up the steep hillside to the top of the mountain! The view from the top was quite awesome! Dress warmly - it’s cold on the mountain top!

This was an excellent trip from Banff centre. Free bus to get there and what a view when you get to the top.

Perfect way to see the view!! They staff have outstanding customer service skills. I would recommend taking the time to go.

More than we could have imagined! We had the best time! Everything ran so smoothly and we were able to take stops at benches a few times to sit and enjoy the views. I do imagine it would be a bit more hectic in peak times but we did end of September and it was great!

The gondola ride up sulphur mountain was breathtaking and the whole visit exceeded our expectations. There are plenty of amazing vantage points to take in the majesty of your surroundings, particularly from the boardwalk, which helped to spread people out and so you never felt crowded. We loved seeing wildlife like marmots and big horned sheep close up, and were lucky to enjoy a beautiful sunset. A great way to really get a sense of the scale of the ranges in this area if like us you are not a serious hiker and wouldn't otherwise get to see these views.

Breathtaking views, well organized, and a lovely experience overall. We got some excellent coffee at the top and we walked the boardwalk all the way to the observatory. The boardwalk steps were not too challenging, even though we increase our elevation. It didn’t feel strenuous. Definitely worth the effort to go all the way to the top.
