Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify how our airport transfer service operates. Our fleet consists of modern, high-quality vehicles, including luxury taxis and Mercedes-Benz sedans, which are used for pre-booked private transfers rather than regular street taxis. The service includes a scheduled airport pickup, with the driver meeting guests inside the arrivals hall with a name sign and then providing direct transportation to their hotel. For operational reasons, our vehicles are kept in a designated parking area approximately 10 minutes from the arrivals terminal. In your case, rather than asking you to walk to the parking area with the driver in the intense heat and direct sunlight, the driver asked you to wait outside the arrivals area while he retrieved the vehicle. He then returned promptly with the car and completed your transfer to the hotel. We understand that you may have expected the vehicle to be waiting directly outside the terminal. However, the location of the vehicle does not change the nature of the service: this was a pre-arranged private airport transfer, with a driver specifically assigned to meet you upon arrival and provide door-to-door transportation to your hotel. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. We nevertheless appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify where we can improve our communication and ensure that the service details and pickup procedure are as clear as possible to our guests before they book.
