Pick up on time with a friendly professional driver. Clean vehicle. I have no further comments....................
Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that your driver arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and that you enjoyed a clean and comfortable vehicle. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to providing you with another excellent journey in the future! Warm regards Transfer To Athens
We were picked up on time and transported to the ship. The reason for the 3 stars is because we were picked up in a regular yellow taxi. There was no wifi or bottled water as stated in the description. Would have cost me less to just call a taxi myself, rather than book through this service.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that your pickup was on time and that your transfer to the ship went smoothly. We sincerely apologize that the vehicle and amenities did not fully meet your expectations. While the vehicle that picked you up was a yellow taxi, it was one of the latest Mercedes models used for private transportation services. Additionally, all of our vehicles are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, and we're sorry if you were unable to access it during your journey. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bottled water and will review this with our local operations team to ensure the expected amenities are consistently provided.Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future. Warm regards Transfer To Athens
