Good Trip
It was a very good experience, and the driver was on time at the Pier. Very courteous and the trip took us directly to our hotel.

Trieste to Venice Transfer
Lucked out with Igor driving us from Trieste to Venice. Not only was he prompt, courteous and friendly, he was also very knowledgeable about all the history of the region which he graciously shared with us.
事業者からの返答
Also a transfer can turn into guiding experience :) thank you

Easy transfer
Great driver, just like having a tour guide. He was very accommodating to stop on our way to Venice. Would use this company again.

Probably the worst private transfer service ever!
He arrived right in time but parked as far away as possible and when coming to get us did NOT offer any help with our luggage whatsoever. He drove super slow during the trip and in the last 1/4 of the trip actually had no idea what he was or where he was going! Thought that he missed the exit. So we all had to open up our Google maps to direct him to get us to where he was supposed to take us! And this was in Italy where he lived and we are from the US. We had to tell him how to get to the destination! The gentleman was a sweet old man but I think that it’s time that he retires because he clearly was “confused”
事業者からの返答
We truly apologize for your unpleasant experience and we appreciate your feedback very much. This is certainly not the quality standard we provide, so it is very important to let us know. We will definitely take actions to remove the driver. Thank you
