クスコからオリャンタイタンボへのプライベート送迎（駅またはホテル）

Took airport transportation from Cusco to hotel in ollantaytambo. The coordinator greeted at the airport with sign board and took us to the safely - it was night arrival of my flight. The driver was great.

Booked transfer from airport which says in booking but got told the day before that if I wanted pickup from the airport it would cost extra! That’s not good enough.

Transfer from airport to Ollantaytambo. Car had no passenger seat belts, driver asked if he could pick up his sister to join the journey, he stopped to refuel after 5 minutes, he was taking multiple panoramic photos whilst driving with the other hand around the steep cliff edges, at one point was on a video call and was constantly on calls or leaving voice notes, dropped us off about 15 minutes walk from our hotel with our suitcases as he seemed lost and at that point we just wanted to get out. For the price you pay, this was poor value for money compared to our drivers since and a bad experience.

The ride itself was fine after we got into the car. But connecting with the company and driver was terrible. The tour operator said that if pickup is from the Cusco airport, you must specify at booking, so I did that. There was nowhere to provide flight information including arrival time. I assumed they’d request flight information details but they never did. When I landed, the driver was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the tour operator on the telephone number provided in the Viator app and no response. The message said (in Spanish), the number you have called doesn’t exist! I then messages Viator who tried the tour operator and got the same message. They gave me another telephone number to try - same message. They gave me a third number to try and it worked. The tour operator had a driver at the airport in 10 minutes and we got to Ollantaytambo safely. The drive itself was fine but the scramble at the airport, which could have been avoided, was unacceptable.

Really comfortable vehicle and excellent driver. I don't know if we went on a special route but it was a gorgeous trip (return at night with a different booking seemed a lot rougher and less in the countryside.)

Our driver, Luis, turned a routine ride from Cusco Airport to Ollantaytambo into an amazing exploration of hidden sites in Peru. He was safe and courteous throughout the trip. We highly recommend him.

Marco was the best! We were so tired from traveling and we landed late. Marco was very easy to find and got us to our hotel quickly and seamlessly. Highly recommend!

This is a 47 mile drive over a two lane mostly rural country road that is bumpy, has rock/mud slides on one side, pot holes, cobblestones, at times is a dirt road etc. that our driver did a good effort to avoid, slow down, at times drive on the other side of the road to get a smoother ride. If the train was available, we would have taken that, but this transfer was great for what it was and we hope our transfer driver back to Cusco is just as good as the one up here.
