The captains Matt and Dylan were professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make the trip entertaining. A little disappointed with the website that we ordered the tickets from that the skyway bridge light show was not working for 2 weeks, we ordered the tickets that morning and got an email in the afternoon informing us. The captains made it a great experience for everyone though.
Our guides really had their work cut out. The tour was changed last minute because of lighting on the Skyway Bridge. There was a storm but they maneuvered us out and around away from it. Probably due to that there was no dolphins. But they took us to show Key island for sunset which was absolutely stunning. They were very kind and accommodating. Plenty of photo ops. And I'm sorry that I can't remember their names too young gentlemen we went out of Gulfport on September 30th at 6:00 p.m. hopefully that will determine who they are. They gave us their names and I just can't remember. But they absolutely made it a great trip despite all the obstacles

The experience was amazing, the guides were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Made sure everyone on board was happy and enjoying the trip. The scenery was awesome and the boat ride was smooth. Will definitely do that again next time we are out here. We'll worh the price.

Paul and Mark were awesome. Very friendly and personable. We brought my 4 year old grandson and they made him feel like royalty. They were so sweet and fun!

Matt and Paul were excellent hosts on the Sunday evening cruise. The lights on the Skyway were out so we didn’t get to see that portion of the cruise, but Shell Island was a lovely beach, uncrowded and clean, and we saw an amazing sunset from the beach. We didn’t spot any dolphins this evening but we’ll just have to come back out and try again another day. The whole vibe was relaxed, we had a couple glasses of wine, listened to music and enjoyed the outing. Other reviews have mentioned music was loud, but we didn’t find it intrusive at all. We will definitely be on board for another cruise soon. Top notch experience and a must do for visitors and locals. Tip: we had a pre-cruise dinner with live music at O’Maddy’s in Gulfport about 5 min away, and that was the perfect start to our whole evening. 10/10 highly recommend Coastal Cruises!
