This was well paced. We had a really knowledgeable guide who gave us a lot of great information. The boat ride over took about 30 minutes but was fine.

This was a wonderful excursion. All three couples enjoyed the boat ride and the guided tour on Delos. Very interesting. Our guide was exceptional.

Celia our guide was very knowledgeable about Delos and took good care to make sure we all were keeping up with her. The ruins were truly “ruined” bc, as she explained, the materials have been looted throughout the centuries and used elsewhere. But seeing the lions was worth the trip alone.

Go early to avoid the crowd , take the 10h ferry you ll need 2h on site and if possible chose a day when the sea is calm. The 30 min trip was 45 min in the morning and 50 for the return trip

Ancient ruins were very informative. Buyer be ware, Viator fail to state that there’s an additional charge of $20 euros to see it. This is the whole purpose of this excursion and it should have been included (yes it says admission is not included but it doesn’t say for what). So i paid over $70 US for a 15 min ferry ride to where you buy this additional ticket to get into the island of Delos to see this ancient site. Not happy

We started our morning by taking SeaBus boat. However, it was not clear that we need to change to Delos Tour group ship at Old Port. By the time we know this, we missed the morning tour. So we took the afternoon tour.. There is a 25Euro charge to get on Delos, and cash only. It was in fine print of the ticket pdf, but, this charge should have been more prominent. The island is impressive but our guide managed to loose us half way. She should tell us where next stopping points are. She went to the Temple of Apollo,and we thought she went to the theater. We should have more clear directions and instructions about the tour. The guide should try to keep the group together, all she needed to do is have guests to tell her before leaving her group to explore. Thus, she would know her group is missing folks.

Terrible instructions to get ticket, had to be there earlt but wouldnt serve you. Cheaper and quicker to buy on yhe spot

The tour guide was great with her information but the group was large. When she got out of line-of-sight, the back end of the tour could not hear her through the ear phones. That was frustrating.

Just know that the tour guide will meet you at Delos, the tickets are included in the price for the seabus over to the new port but you will have to pick them up at the seabus office and then take it over to the new port and then pick up the Delos boat tickets to take the Delos boat to the island. Overall our guide on the island did well giving overviews of the main parts of Delos ruins, we wish she would've given more details past what you can research on your own.

Host was chill and amazing! I learned a lot. It was a lot of walking and it was very hot that day too. Stay cool and keep it up!
