Anastasia was a very knowledgeable and extremely interesting guide
Having a small group was definitely helpful as anyone was able to ask a question and get it answered immediately.
Definitely would recommend this tour and especially if possible to request Anastasia as your guide.

The Acadamie was less...
The Acadamie was less crowded than we feared and we were able to spend as much time as we wanted viewing not only the Michelangelo David but other unfinished works (the prisoners), Stradivarius instruments, and early piano forte, among other exhibits. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging.

Doesn’t manage expectations well.
The guide seemed very knowledgeable but arrived a bit late. Each time I asked the tour operator about the guide they always said “a few minutes”. Therefore we kept thinking they were a few minutes away but were rather 15/20 minutes away which is not a few. We kept thinking we missed our tour guide, therefore, the tour itself but rather they had not yet arrived. Managing expectations needs to be improved.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and for the uncertainty it caused before the tour began. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait at the meeting point while wondering whether you may have missed your guide.
We are pleased to hear that, despite the delayed start, you found the guide knowledgeable and enjoyed the experience itself. Our guides are passionate about sharing their expertise, and we are glad this was reflected during your visit.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is appreciated, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

The high art in Academia not to be missed!
Our tour guide - Johna- generously shared a wealth of information about Academia, different historic periods of art. The essential part of her lecture was focused on Michelangelo' sculptures, his technique, methods, and his work on David.

Ivano was the best tour...
Ivano was the best tour guide!!! We have done multiple guided museum tours, and Ivano has been the best by far. He was super kind, funny, and knowledgeable. The Accademia is a must do in Florence - seeing David was an experience I’ll never forget, and the background knowledge that Ivano provided really enhanced the experience.
