Laura was an excellent guide! We had a very small group and she was able to answer questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the art and history if the Medici. She is also excellent with younger tourists!
Thank you very much for you feedback, hearing your appreciation makes us very happy and proud of what we're doing, sharing the love for our beautiful country! Hope to see you in the future in any of our Italian destination! Regards, KEYS OF ITALY team
Ricardo explained exceptionally the palace Vecchio. He told us anecdotes and was very pleasant. He's a lovely boy with an exquisite upbringing.
Querido visitante, muchas gracias por su comentario! nos alegra mucho que le haya gustado el tour y esperamos volver a verle pronto aqui en Florencia. Qué tenga un buen dia! Keys of Italy team
Nice guide! Annette speaks perfect English and knows something about everything! Very interesting and makes you look at the palace in a different way. We enjoyed it! Highly recommended!
Dear customer, Many thanks for your kind feedback! We are really glad to hear that you enjoyed our tour and we hope to see you again in Florence. Have a great day! Keys of Italy team
This was a very interesting tour. Martina was very knowledgeable and provided us with a first rate history of the Medici's and the Republic's influence on the development of Florence. Highly recommend.
Dear customer, Many thanks for your kind feedback! We are really glad to hear that you enjoyed our tour and we hope to see you again in Florence. Have a great day! Keys of Italy team
The first tour of our visit and thanks to Riccardo, our guide, the greatest start we could have had. So knowledgable and full of details the visit was great and the added recommendations of less well known museums to visit added to our trip. We can’t thank you enough.
Dear customer, Many thanks for your kind feedback! We are really glad to hear that you enjoyed our tour and we hope to see you again in Florence. Have a great day! Keys of Italy team
The value did not match the price. We didn’t start until noon as it took the guide 25 minutes to pick up our tickets at the desk. She had to leave “early” at one o’clock apologizing for this. But we had paid $118 ($58) each for one hour. The guide provided interesting info and spoke good English and was very gracious. But too short a tour for the cost as we expected 2 hrs, not one.
Dear customer, Many thanks for your kind feedback! We are really glad to hear that you enjoyed our tour and we hope to see you again in Florence. Have a great day! Keys of Italy team
We didn't know just how gorgeous the inside of this building was, and this tour was absolutely wonderful. I don't think the palazzo would have been half as meaningful without a guide to walk us through it! Our guide, Viola M, was very excited and knowledgeable about the palace and Florence in general.
Dear customer, Many thanks for your feedback! We will let Viola know about it and we are sure she will be so glad about it! We hope to see you again in Florence, Have a great day! Keys of Italy team
Excellent walk, very beautiful and quite interesting history. In addition, what contributed even more to we loved the visit was our guide Valentina. Sympathetic and familiar with the smallest details of the history of the palace. I recommend visiting the Palace and, if possible, doing it with Valentina.
Tenha um bom dia, Key Of Italy Team
Tour was great and our guide was highly intelligent and engaging with our children ages 15, 12, 10. Every tour we took with Viator in Rome Florence Venice was excellent
We enjoyed it very much, and we would like to congratulate our Guide Leonardo because his English language is very good and he has given us an extraordinary explanation, and he is very friendly.
Saludos, Virginia - Keys of Italy
