I would have given 5 stars for this tour, however, I was extremely mislead when it came to shopping at "their recommended" stores at the rest break. The segway training was excellent and easy to understand. The equipment was in great condition and the guides were very knowledgeable,,,but it was at the rest break shopping where the problem occurred and I'm still fighting with my credit card company for a refund. I went to LaPlayita (tequilla) shop that THIS company recommended and said they would back any transaction problems, BUT NOT SO. I was over charged by $100USD for 2 - 50ML bottle of Casa Alpher Xilmahl tequilla. This store charged in pesos, demanded my driver's license and while they were giving me more drink samples, put an extra 8 on the charge making the peso amount to 2088.00,,,that was $122 USD and NOT $22 USD as quoted. When I realized the mistake and tried to call the store the next day, the phone kept ringing as I tried several times. I tried to go back to the main excursion operator from the ship and was told I had to deal directly with the merchant. SO BUYER BE WARE, DO not trust these guides pointing you to certain shops as they are most likely getting a kickback!

We had a wonderful time! Edgar was our guide and I can't say enough good things about him. He was friendly and really focused on us having a great experience. The segways are surprisingly easy to ride once you get the hang of it which doesn't take long. Edgar knew the best shops and restaurant for us to stop at along the tour. Everyone was friendly and the facilities are clean. 5-star experience. We'll definitely be back!

The operators are great and very, very accommodating. They keep you safe. It was a very fun experience.

We had a misunderstanding about the meeting place as I used the one detailed on Tripadvisor. I was not told anything else. I sadly missed the tour because of this. But I was provided with a full refund. Please ask them for an exact meeting place so you do not miss your tour.

Jill and Isabelle were wonderful guides. Very personable. The beach was very stinky due to Sargassum so that part was not enjoyable but had nothing to do with these ladies. I would highly recommend in non-Sargassum season.

Location is very hard to find. Construction didn't help. Signs on the building would help. Introduction and training was good. Ride seemed a little short and through some very congested areas. Very friendly staff.

This was super fun! Our tour guides were fantastic! We were newbies but we felt completely comfortable riding after the training. Highly recommend!

Only complaint is finding a taxi. Tell them bacalar. Then they know. But the rest of the tour is fantastic. Edgar gave my husband and I private instructions since it was a first time. Made it so easy for us to get the hang of it easily. Also Isabella and Bianca were great. Did not think I would be able to maneuver through crowds but I did without a problem. Loved it and the tour. Highly recommend.

Guides were very efficient…did a great job with preparation of operating segways. Very nice tour…highly recommend.

A great experience. Jill was a great tour leader and as there were just the 2 of us, was willing to tailor the time to exactly what we wanted. Fully recommended.
