The busses do not run on time.The wait time between stops would have allowed for walking between stops and taking an Uber for the ones further or getting a tuk tuk tour

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing We were extremely disappointed with the Lisbon City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off Bus experience. The Red Line was actually quite interesting and provided some useful information about the city and the sights along the route. Unfortunately, the Blue Line was a completely different experience — and not in a good way. It felt like we were simply driving aimlessly around the city with virtually nothing informative to listen to or learn about. Instead of interesting commentary about the neighbourhoods, landmarks, history, or culture, we seemed to hear the same Portuguese songs over and over again. The whole point of taking a sightseeing bus is to learn something about the city while seeing the major attractions. On the Blue Line, we learned absolutely nothing. It honestly felt no different than getting on a regular bus and driving around an unfamiliar city. For the price of the ticket, we expected considerably more. The Blue Line desperately needs better commentary and information about what passengers are actually seeing along the route. Based on our experience, the Red Line was worthwhile, but the Blue Line was a complete waste of our time.

Lisbon sightseeing bus tour was absolutely terrible. We took several of the buses in one day. We had to wait at least 2 hours for one bus to pick us up. One bus did not have any type of narrating of the passing sites. We have taken these buses in over 15 major European cities and the bus in Lisbon is the worst

REGRETTED BUYING TICKETS!!! They have the least amount of busses running in Lisbon, we waited for over an hour for a bus at one point and could not risk getting off again to see anything else due to the fact that we could not waste that much time at each stop. They did not have airconditioning and the glass of their sightseeing busses was dirty on 100% of the busses we rode. Customer service will not help you. They advised to follow up at the cruise terminal after we had left the port. So essential we were SOL!

well organised and because we caught the bus early it was easy to get a good seat, It did tend to get busier later in the day. We were able to access the Audio tour guide but on one bus had toe "share" headphones because one seat/socket did not work. Otherwise a good way to get a feel for the city. We usually do the complete route initially then decide which stop/s to hop off at. We had to wait about half an hour for the bus at the Cathedral which wasn't ideal but not a surprise for a busy city like Lisbon

Not only do you have to work hard to figure out the timetable or buy an app to see when the bus is where. No, you should also verify the statements of the employees on site. For example, we booked a night tour, paid for it, and wanted to take it. The employee told us it is at 9:00 PM in the evening. That makes sense, since the sun has set by then. So we are standing at the correct pickup location at 8:30 PM, which we also had to figure out ourselves. Then the bus arrives at 9:00 PM and tells us in broken English that he is not picking up any guests. A guest who got off told us in good English that the night bus had left at 8:00 PM. You can find that on the internet. Great, so much for that! Never again hop on, hop off abroad!

great service! my pass was dated day before but due to circumstances, I could not use it until today. There were no questions asked! Transferring from red to blue lines was seamless!

We usually take these buses in all cities. There are 3 lines and a night drive, especially the rebuilt city area was interesting. You are only standing still in the traffic jam because of the abundance of tuk-tuks and other traffic. With a Lisbon pass you have the same and cheaper, by the way. A Tuk-tuk is also more personal, you miss some things that the buses cannot get through.

This is a waste of time and money. It took half an hour to get on bus from ship then half hour drive via outskirts and slums of Lisbon to first stop. Suggest you get off ship walk to left for 10 mins then take a Tuk Tuk to castle and then wander round the old town.

We have been on hop on hop off buses around the world and have found them brilliant for seeing the places we have been in and very informative. This one in Lisbon was dreadful, the commentary was very limited and the stops were not pointed out as they normally do, so you had to guess if it was a stop or just traffic you were stopping for. We couldn’t wait to get back to the ship. Most boring experience we have ever had.
