Great time on the water!
Had Randelf as a captain and he was AWESOME. Great boat, the water was amazing, and he was great to chat with along the way. My wife and I had a great time! Did the 3 hour ride with the sandbar stop and it was great. Champagne was a great touch.

We had a great experience with Randelf! He was very friendly, patient, and spent a lot of time with us. He was a great tour guide and made the whole experience really enjoyable. We really appreciated how helpful and welcoming he was. Highly recommend!

Bad service and cancelled cruise
My experience was not good (I did not end up going on the tour). What is advertised is not really what is delivered, even though it said in the info that there would be additional costs which we were willing to pay, on the morning of the trip we were informed that we would have to sign a contract for a BAREBOAT rental and that it was our responsibility to find a captain and agree terms with him on our own. They gave us a list of 3 captains with their contacts. We tried booking the first one on the list and was unavailable so we contacted Miami boat and asked them to find us a captain . Person who called me stefania was very rude insulted me and then hung up the phone on me. A few minutes later I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled and u would be refunded by TripAdvisor. This cruise was a 59 year birthday celebration for my wife I would not trust this company, I found them very unprofessional .

Hi, We want to address a few inaccuracies in your review. The tour you booked is a rental, and this is stated upfront in the listing. As part of this rental charter, guests may either operate the boat themselves or hire a captain independently. We provided you with a list of captains to assist, but you were not required to use any specific one. When the first captain you contacted was unavailable, we reminded you that you could still drive the boat yourself, exactly as advertised. You declined that option. Stefania, who assisted you, has an excellent record of positive reviews and professional interactions. The description of her behavior in your review does not match her history or the information we have. Because you chose not to move forward with the rental, we issued a full refund through TripAdvisor. We hope this clarifies the situation.

Very good experience.
Excellent captain, he gave a proper briefing before starting the tour, very good atmosphere! He speaks English and Spanish without any problem.

Had a fun time with Randelf as our captain. Smooth ride and will come back again next time I visit.

Our guide, Randelf Garbey was absolutely amazing! He showed us all the cool things we could possibly want to see in Miami, Star and Fisher island. If you can, book him!
