Unfortunately we had an awful experience with this company.
We stood with our 2 young children for over an hour outside our hotel waiting for the driver to arrive.
When we eventually Managed to get hold of the company they had clearly forgotten about the booking so rushed over to get us to drive us to some little shopping centre not on the tour to wait for our actual tour guide.
After 2 hours we were eventually with our English speaking tour guide.
He was really nice but clearly they had rushed to book the activities and it was so disorganised.
They were apologetic and said they would compensate us. I messaged them a few times but I have been home 8 weeks and they haven’t been in touch . Total disappointment and expensive

Dear Anna_L
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you faced during your recent booking. Your feedback is crucial, and we appreciate your patience as we address these concerns.
We understand that waiting for your transfer and the subsequent disorganization fell short of your expectations, especially while traveling with young children. Although your tour guide was able to provide a good experience, we recognize how important seamless service is, and we regret the miscommunication that occurred.
Regarding your inquiry about a refund, we want to clarify that since the tour was operated in its entirety, we are unable to process a refund. However, we are committed to making things right and would like to offer you a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience experienced.
Please reach out to us directly at ,so we can discuss how we can best rectify this situation. Your satisfaction is vital to us, and we want to ensure that we restore your confidence in our services.
Thank you again for your understanding, and we look forward to hearing from you.
Warm regards,
S

Absolutely Amazing!
This was our first time in Dubai and wanted to see as much of this beautiful city as we could. Moncer, out tour guide helped us achieve that, he was AMAZING! Our group of four were absolutely impressed by Moncer's knowledge and stories of Dubai. He accommodated our request for the things we were interested in seeing and added some different places to our amazing experience. I highly recommend Madina Tourism and thanks to Moncer for making our stay unforgettable.

Just a perfect day
Zeeshan, our guide was exceptional in friendliness, flexibility and knowledge. If felt like having a tour with a local friend. He could answer all of our questions and gave so many tips. We can’t wait to have him back as our guide during our next visit here.
He made our day.
